Refund policy

Returns:

Smoochie's Candies, LLC. does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns. If there are any issues with your order then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

Returns due to insufficient address:

Smoochie's Candies, LLC is not responsible for returns due to insufficient address.  We will refund the cost of the product, but not shipping costs due to insufficient address provided by the customer.   You are fully responsible for supplying a valid address at time of purchase.  A full refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued for cost of the product once the item arrives back at our store.

Damaged items:

All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged. Smoochie's Candies., LLC. offers a full replacement on products determined to be too damaged for consumption. To file a claim for a damaged item please email us "Damaged Package", you will need to provide photos of the damaged product to support your claim and determine eligibility for replacement. These conditions are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order has not already shipped.
